Want to get students more engaged? Learn how two different tools—Canvas Discussions and generative AI—create opportunities to revisit course concepts with students.

  • Analia Barrantes, instructor of physics, will share how Canvas Discussions engage students in readings and give insight into what concepts students find difficult.
  • Shams El-Adawy, postdoctoral associate in physics, will share how generative AI can be used for formative feedback.

Attendees are welcome to participate in Q&A, and share their experience.
